Thought your car was 2005, how'd you manage to swing a 2 year cert from now?
 
Yes, that would mean his last nct was actually due in 2013 (8 years old) when he would've got a 2 year nct and doing it now mid-term would only carry the nct till next due date in 2015 (at 10 years old). Just didn't think it could be gotten now until 2016.
 
Yeah my NCT was not due until February but if I got it done before November 4th I would get a full 2 years cert. they sent me out a letter stating it so I book in early.
 
There's been thousands of those letters sent out. There's a massive backlog next year and in particular feb-may so they're offering earlier tests with 2 years so they don't have to give tests for free for people waiting 4 weeks or more,

Colm is perfect example. Had to drive to Drogheda for a cancellation spot.
