Hi .... Has anyone had any dealing with Predator Motor Sport in Tralee in 2012. The chaps name is Paul Hillard ?
 
i did 3 or 4 years ago......... wouldnt give him the time of day.....

plenty of traders on here who will be glad of your custom and treat you right
 
what do you need done to the car might be able to help out with garages depending on whats to be done. welcome to the club :subaru:
 
He has never done work for me but i have bought a good few parts off him and he has always been A1 to deal with.
 
only open on friday or saturday if you,r lucky have got parts from him and have found him good to deal with, have nothing bad to say about him.
 
There's good and bad stories about everyone . I,v dealt with Paul on and off for about ten years and there's good and bad . But for the most good . If you put any tuner / dealer's name up and I'm sure someone will have had a bad experience.

That 100% true , when experiences are mostly bad though thats when people start to go else where
 
from what ya hear about them on forums and word of mouth its rarely good .

some say he wouldnt tune the car radio properly :sucks:

just say no dee, i bought my car from him nealy 6 years ago all you get is stories and a big ass bill when you eventually get your car back, needless to say havent met paul in a while

customer should be kept informed all the way through so unexpected bill doesnt happen.

well dave as i have dealt with you, i would say you could deal with some customers better, after all you did take over a month to change clutch and do a service, even tho my objective was to have you check the overall condition with changing clutch and give a honest opinion of whats best doing, to which you failed upon completing, also you gave me no update and i had to get onto you about collecting and when i did you told me more work was needed, which was disappointing which would result in you doing a tear down twice, which if you notified me you could of just taken engine out done the clutch, service it and do the rocker gaskets and other bits you mentioned, just merely constructive critisim as you seem oblivious to how you deal with some customers,

are you saying work was carried out without your permission?

are you saying you did not give permission for work and were not advised
of costings and got a surprise bill??

that is not how we work? so please explain????


if further issues were found then you would be advised? never would a repair be carried out without go ahead from customer.

that is not how we work? so please explain???? My main point is that i never heard anything of what needed doing over the period you had it, if you had mentioned it i would of got you to do it,
