problem with turbo timer on bug eye

i fitted a hks turbo timer on my mates bug eye bout 3 weeks back i got this from froggy wired it all up everythin was a1 counted down knocked off with hand brake etc ....now the mate rang me with a prob so left it with me u can take out the key stays thickin over like it should but wont shut off until u drop the hand brake or hit the off button on the timer thinkin mayb timer knackered i took it all apart reconnected the wirin and connections all grand even disconnected the battery and reconnected it still no joy any suggestions thanks :thumbsup:
 
Sounds like its the timer to me. Be better disconnecting it just incase.
Alot of HKS, APEXI , Blitz stuff can be originally ebay knock offs, made out the back of Ballymun somewhere :)
Have to be carefull even buying them new.
 
strange it worked fine for 3 weeks then stared actin up its an old model hks so should be decent

Na they have changed it Baz, they moved the chinese to Ballymun.. Cheaper to house them apparently
 
Mine is doing the same it's been like this since I got the car, it's the old type as well like this one, so I'm interested in the answer to this
