Quick quick.. bargain Impreza on Donedeal

I will get you one with 10k miles and service history if you give me 10k for it Dave... actually scratch that, i will let you decide what mileage you want on it :~)

For a car that's only done 17000 in 11 years you would think someone would have time to wash it

Crazy amount of money , I wonder was the mileage done over the 11 years or was has it been parked up for a long time , if muck etc has been sitting in behind bumpers ,side skirts etc it won't help it

Nice car to keep ,depending on condition ,and will be rare in the future

i seen that on donedeal last night would be a nice car if its a good one but i think the guy is on drugs asking that much for it

If you were to keep one i dont think a run of the mill owned by the masses GT would be the one to have, think i would be going for a Mcrea, RB, Sti, ra, Type R, Terzo ETC ETC rather than that, and it looks same as any 100k miles old impreza ive ever seen

Thats what I was thinking too

Didnt say i said was worth 10k ken.

But if genuine 17k and no paint or anything and original defo a premium over a 100k mile one.

Would think 5,5-6k would be fair.

Although agree a collector would want a more limited edition if was going be a odd sunday collection car.

Would you honestly give 5-6k for a Gt?, whether it had 17k or 17 miles??? i know i wouldnt.. I just dont see anything collectable about the GT model.. nearly get a P1 for that

No i personally wouldnt as in for that model and if going to modify etc.

But low mileage examples will have a premium.

Was thinking 6k myself for a car like that if it is honest but then as Ken said its nothing special so buy an STi with engine damage and stick a new engine into it with 0 miles from new.

Once a clean shell would be a better car then that one.

I would think this car will appeal to someone who use to own one when new
and wants to buy one as a classic car / weekend toy
genuine low mileage would be the thing someone like that would be after I would think

Re: Quick quick.. bargain Impreza on Done Deal

probably only worth 4 to 5k at best and at that it would have to be spotless .i wouldn't give it for it but best of luck to him
