Radiator for B4

The cold weather has been hard on my B4 and I think the top seal on my Radiator is broken so I'm lookin for a new radiator for a 2001 A/T Legacy B4.
Anyone out there who can help?

Hey Mate,

Same thing happened to me, my rad cracked from the poxy weather and car overheated :icon_redface:

Tried to get one from a motor factors but they did have the correct one and tried to charge over 300 notes.

I got a mitismoto one from Couture Auto. Great yoke and its only 250 and over twice the thickness of the normal one.

Good luck

same thing happened to me ..waiting time on the new rad was weeks (price 150 euro ) as they are not in stock apparently ..Subaru salvage have a 2nd hand one in longford or ring Jap parts in Swords either.

He doesn't have one for the automatic but he might know someone that has an auto B4 for breaking! So thanks for the reply!!!

Try radiator services just off parnell street in dublin.. 01 8740626

I got one for an auto transmission there before and fitted it to my manual, the difference is that the auto one has the oil cooler in the bottom for the auto transmission. An auto will fit a manual but a manual won't fit an auto

Thanks everyone for all your help!!! Got that sorted today. I picked up a rad from a place Called: Radiator Service, Ruthland Place, Dublin 1. Phoned him on Monday had it for me on thursday at a reasonable price compared to the other prices I was getting and got it fitted today for €80 so happy days!
