Bit of a rant.Anyone ever use this crowd?
I dropped a rad in for someone off an old Nissan I'm working on, on Wednesday picked it up yesterday, and got a chance to fit it today while the rain stopped for a bit.
The rad is still leaking . I asked him on collection if the rad had been pressure tested he said yes it passed the pressure test. That must have been another rad he actually did pressure test that day
By the time I had it fitted today it was 5.15pm and they closed at 4.30 not open again until Monday, I was meant to give the car back to the persons daughter (doing as a favour) tomorrow and now I can't.
They must take no pride in their job or just not care what way they leave people stuck.
I have a receipt for the work €50 + Vat so I'm covered that way but what way should I approach this on Monday? Like the rad obviously was not pressure tested.
