just for any one interested sky 413 this friday 21st 10.30pm .sat 22nd 10.05pm .sun 23rd.10.05 pm should be a great rally dani sordos home rally and with the top two on even points it all at stake with two rounds left

A friend of mine, scoobyfred on here is on his way over there now, hopefully he'll have some pics for us next week when he's home
 
why not go to rally gb in a few week time, it should come down to the last rd which will make for a great rally.

its cheap enough on the ferry over from rosslare and then only about 1 hour 30 mins drive
 
I had been discussing it with a mate up until recently but his little ones getting Christened that weekend and the dirty fecker asked me to be godfather. I think he only asked coz he couldn't go... and figured why should I!! :tongue:

I wouldn't mind going to a one next year though... in a warmer climate possibly! :smokin:
 
Went over for this last year and will def do it again,great event to go to when its pissing down here...I remember sitting in the under the shade of a tree from the heat of the sun with a cool spanish beer in one hand and burger in the other watching wrc cars drift all the way around a roundabout :icon_grin: :icon_grin: flying over the twisty mountain roads in the left hand drive rental car was some fun too :roll: :roll: :roll:
If you book it well in advance you will get some supprising cheap deals to :thumbsup:
 
ye its a good rally to be at alright was there in 04 and Greece in 05 .paddy white was rallying in catalunya in 04 and drove very well .some great roads for rallying over there .

2 reasons I wouldn't go, really sh*t weather and price of tickets to stages
 
keith and myself didnt have to pay into any stages we went to anto,

yes the weather isint great but it the last round of the championship and its only across the water

I looked it up a few months back and I think a 3 day ticket was over a hundred quid :dontknow:
 
your right anto, when we went, a weekend ticket was about 200 with the super special ticket to.

but most of the time you can get into stages no problem without a ticket
 
Spain is def better value i would say, las time i checked booking for 2 people i could get it for under €400 each which was for 5 nights in a hotel, breakfast and dinner included, car hire and flights so all you need is small bit of spending money. Gets cheaper too for larger groups
 
well done to sebastian loeb he is a master on tar ,but i think jarri matti is coming into his own now he is defo one to watch next year ,well done to chris on the power stage win shows how crucial tyre choice is
