i think hirvonen was very consistant all year but was let down two or three times by his team mate latvala.

in greece he crashed on the first day to put hirvonen first on the road which loses you lots of time on that rally

also in poland latvala had second place secure only on the final super special stage that was only 1 km long crashed out and lost team points but also giving leob more points
