I'm going tomorrow, Service park duty on Saturday and back here Saturday night.

Ok there is no Subaru but there is much more to Irish rallying than just Subaru. We have been waiting years to get a round of a WRC to Ireland and to be honest I thought it would never happen and now its here people are not going becase there isnt the same numebr of cars as before. Ireland is the exception to the rule when it comes to huge WRC field because 43 is probably a normal number on most world rounds when there was no recession. Come on lads, get the wet gear into the boot and support the huge effort put in by the people behind the event. They deserve great praise for getting it here and running such a good event, evident of they been offered 2nd best wrc round in 2007. Ok I better get some kip lol, im on the road up in 3 hours lol.

Subaru will be missed but theres a few Irish lads in impreza's who wont be as neat and tidy as the WRC drivers so more entertaining
A couple of pics I took in 2007

I agree, Subaru will be missed for sure but as you say there are still a few Irish Scoobys roaring through the stages and will look as good as ever.

auld lad was sayin its good but a noticable difference with prodrive gone :icon_sad:

It was very good in 07, the WRC boys are in a league of their own compared to the Irish lads, Kris Meeke was the only fella doing well, i didnt bother going to save a bit of cash but its worth going to see.
