Ouch 
Having previously left a Merc in to a main Dealers for a service and replace bulb on fuel gauge on clocks and having the following on car when being collected
1. Large dent on wing from someone leaning in
2. Dash Clocks Cracked
3. Windscreen Cracked
all not mentioned to me and discovered after paying and getting in to car to go home and then them trying to say it wasnt them FFS
I certailnly feel the mans pain
