Rattle coming out of my Legacy! (Video)

Hi again,

For the past few weeks now I've noticed a rather annoying rattle coming out my car. It seems to be coming from the down pips or my second cat! I have a decat downpipe fitted and checked the honeycomb mesh and its all intacked! Is the internals of the cat gone or what is it? Never heard a noise like this

Note; the noise is clear when I rev the car and as the revs drop the rattle is at its loudest!

Get under the car and Check all your heat shields,Also the brackets at the bottom of the down pipes that are bolted to the gearbox have a tendency to break away

yeah turbo heat shield or one of the shields on the exhaust
