Rear Diff and Gearbox Question

Does my Ra version 6 have an LSD in the rear diff and is it an R180 with 4.4 ratio? also does it have an LSD in the gearbox what type are both LSD's? and finally want to upgrade the oil in both gearbox and rear diff what you recommend spotted this aswell http://www.type-ra.co.uk/vB/archive/index.php/t-2777.html thanks

Not the most technically minded but this might help or not Read your transmission code off the vin plate front left strut in engine bay.
