Rear side seat belt stuck how do you release it?

Anyone had this happen?...

V strange was fine a few weeks ago any idea how to release it?
 
Spray some oil in there and when your pushing the button down to release the catch, push the catch into the receiver and then pull out
 
Sorry man prob should have explained it better its the belt tgat stuck its abit slack but wont release or retract
 
Ciaran, is a common problem with many makes. If the car isn't 100% level it can already lock. Most of the time if you rock the car (or go for a drive) it comes lose again. On occasion, if very badly stuck and you tried to release it and as a result now VERY tight with zero slack, then sometimes the only remedy is to loosen the end of the belt (big bolt into chassis somewhere, usually under seat). It's a pain when it happens. BTW... if you do end up having to loosen the end... make sure your car is 100% level and feed it is only a little bit - problem is that if you run out of belt again you have no plan B.
