rear strut brace for legacy bc5 saloon ?? and exhaust question !!

anybody know if theres such a thing as a rear strut brace for a classic legacy saloon ??

i bought a sti branded impreza classic one for my car (i presumed it would fit !!)..but it wont fit without cutting part on the structure which i dont really want to do...

any lads with any ideas....??

i fitted one to mine, you have to make a small cut on both sides. you cannot see it when the strut brace is fitted. you can look at mine if you want, where are you based ?

thanks for that im based in mullingar, what part of the country u in ???

also ive a 3' no cat system leading into a 2.5' magnex oval...sounds nice... but just doesnt give it the real kick i want !!!... ive a notion to change it to a blitz nur spec(it will probably be a impreza system ill have to tinker with !!!) as i think it will sounder louder and better....

any thoughts lads ??? or am i wasting my moolla ???
 
I have a prodrive system on mine, it doesn't sound as nice as my last Legacy but im loving the quieter levels now. :zzzz:

@ leo. where did you get the brace?
 
5010044030 is the part no. of the origonal bc5 rear brace. don't know if they would be available still

ive fiited the sti one,just had to take a small nick out the body to get it in....fits lovely....

anybody think the nurspec 3' will a better move than the 2.5' magnex oval ????

thats what i wanted to hear !!!! just bagged a new nur spec bag box on ebay for £132 !!! its for a new style legacy...but ill tinker with it and get it on....its got a 3' inlet...so it should sound nice .....
