Its not till i watched this again today that I realised what is missing from racing scene over the last few years

enough to make it interesting , but not too much that its becomes impossible to overtake someone
i used to love sundays on bbc2 , with cleland , plato ,menu ,rickard rydell and the rest of the gang, all hopping off each other until the last lap , neither willing to yield an inch to the other ....
it was racing in its best form i think ,

I remember the very same sunday afternoons....... the only time of the week i would have sat quiet for the entire program.... If anyone spoke they got something thrown at them!!
Bring back racing as it was not as it is now!!!!

Im another one of those sunday people too, used to watch them every suunday they were on, myself and me dad with the fire going, happy out watching this. mother had to wait to lay out the sunday roast!!

That was about the time, well i think a year after it that mat neal started coming into play as regards being very competitave.

I always wanted the Volvo S40 with Ricard Rydell driving it!! any time i seen them on the road i always thought, i'd love one of them with the stckers all over them.

Now, well jeese i wouldn't go near one of them :lol: :lol: :lol:
