Remove caliper pistons

Lads what's the best method to remove pistons from 4 pot caliper's? Mine are currently like this, using a valve and foot pump to pop the pistons out. One keeps popping out very easily


Anyone have any tools I could borrow that would help the pistons come out at the same time if possible.

Stop the easy ones popping out with a piece of timber etc etc that should cause the harder ones to come loose.
A compressor might help also. Just don't let the pistons fly out, I'd usually have a piece of timber in between the Pistons to stop them clattering together or falling out

As above also I usually use a few small quick clamps to keep the Pistons in They have rubber ends so not mark anything
