just go to your local tax office..... bring old licence, form filled out, and whatever the fee is (it will tell you on the form how much it is).... and theyll send it off and you will get your new one in the post then.
just did mine yesterday ... 25 for ten years .. have it back in three days .. they issue a receipt that covers one if the boys in blue pull you over ..
