Rough Idle and Check Engine Light.

Hi Folks as I said before I had intermittant idle hunting problem well today the car is rough in tickover and I can hear it rather than rev counter moving and the check engine light came on and then went off and is now back on I have booked Wagan Dec to have look has any one any ideas thanks John L.

pull the engine code from ecu might explain a bit more, i can hook my laptop up again.

I have the same problem sometimes,.. Found out it only happens when the battery is down... As soon as I charge it up it's grand... I'd b checking that first!
