I would absolutely love one, Japan has plenty of really good ones regularly in the auctions your would pick an 8v up from around 6k in the auctions for a proper Evo a good one makes around 14k ex VRT landed. Which is still decent money compared to ones in the UK or the continent
 
:clap: sounds really deep for a lancia more like a subaru sound . Have seen a good few lancia.s. And a lot of rusted cars from Japan it would be crazy to buy with out seeing it they rot very badly very quickly and from the inside out which is what catches most lads :thumbsup:
 
Yes the kilkenny man is right (again) inside out so they become a major problem quickly

True, I have seen grade 4 cars literally stinking rotten floors all schultzed so they look solid, I saw one particular Lancer Evo that externally looked perfect and the rear subframe and petrol filler neck etc was just scrap. All depends who buys for you in the auctions, the guy that I buy with is decent in fairness to him, he will pull trim up check as much as he can inside pockets, and underneath etc.

If you could get a decent solid car it's a great investment they are only appreciating in value.
 
Ah there only ok :icon_grin: a good solid 8v shell needing no Rust cutting out in good order will cost you 10k . I know where there's a mint. 1 if your interested :icon_biggrin:
