Scooby newbie *answers needed*:)

Hi people,new to the forum looks great and il need advice so was a no brainer to join,I currently drive a mk5 golf Gti but that's changing this weekend I'm getting a 06 blob eye 2.0 wrx,car is NCTD 4 weeks has low mileage 54km just serviced n nothing showed on the diagnostics,would I be safe enough at that or is there other thing I should look at? Thanks in advance
 
Any link to the car and some one might know it?

Also you should do a car check on it on line. Just for piece of mind
 
welcome along :thumbsup: nct'd dont mean nothing and they'll tell you that aswell . so you need to bring someone along who knows what there looking at . 54klm is low milage for a 06 car so it should be in great shape . the timimg belt should have being changed with it being 8 years old so check that every 100klm or 4 years i think . stick upmna link to the car some one might be able to give you some history on it :thumbsup:

as above bring someone that knows cars and do a full car tell report any previous history with car ect all helps 54k very low miles but can be tracked back by above report good luck

Phil Kirwan is down that way but not sure what his mechanics are like.

Ask KenC nicely... You never know.. If you catch him on a good day he might say yes :p
 
ring phil kirwan about this car he had it for sale good while ago , i drove it and seemed 100% not a mark on it was actually gona buy it before i got the sti... :welcometotheclub
 
Thanks pal,yeah seems like a good one,timing belt aint done on it a kirwins trying to say it won't need it for a long time yet....even I know it should be done by now
