Scooby STI Version 5 type R jap spec, parts + advice needed.

Hi guys & gals,

just looking for a little help on a few things for my Scooby STI Version 5 type R jap spec car. I got the front brakes done last year, changed to TAROX 6pot calipers new discs to match etc, I got it done in Predator motorsport and while I'm very happy with it, they were a bit dear at €1100.

I want to get the back done this year to match the front and was wondering if ye knew any other places to get it done or get the parts at a good price etc?

I need to get a full STI exhaust system for it too for the NCT, I rented one the last time but wants to buy one now, Preadtor want €500, anyone know where he can get it a bit cheaper??

Also the roof scoop clip in the car for opening and closing the scoop is damaged so I'm looking for the internal working of a scoop or maybe info on where to get a new one or get one of a scraped one etc.

Any help would be great, I have looked around a bit of the scoop and couldn't really find much.

Hi and welcome, sorry you're not too happy with Predator's pricing, there are plenty of traders on our site who can help you out, most will offer discount to Full ISDC Members (hint hint) :thumbsup:
 
If you are lucky enough to fnd a roof vent for sale in a breakers ... unfortunatly, they will proabaly want to sell you the whole thing rather than just the bracket you're after! Any way of fixing the one you have at the mo...?? :dontknow: Try McKeevers and Euro Salvage up the north!

You will get bits for your roof vent at jap performance parts they are in the uk but will post
I have the number ill root it out :thumbsup:
