Middle Lane Hogs
im waiting for the comments ''why?'' and ''boy racer car'' but im happy
as ye know i was selling my 1.6 impreza and it has sold last weekend. i miss it like fcuk tho
however for the amount of petrol it was taking and insurance costs it wasnt weighing up the performance and fun i was getting back so it had to go... and it did, for the asking price
........... to an Evo 7 fq300 with over 400bhp owner... yes an evo owner bought my scoob.
so the next day i went to dublin to look at this standard s15 spec s, and sure enough it was too standard and clean to walk away from so home i came with it. was looking for a s15 non turbo (spec s) for quite a while. had plenty to choose from but didnt want something that was drifted or diffed, saw this standard out one that was imported from japan in 2010 with one owner in ireland (surely one of the last cars to be imported) standard except for wheels and exhaust. and with 70K miles and full service history from nissan in japan and ireland i had to have it as i broke even on buying this and selling the scooby and insurance only went up by 50 euro too that i ended up getting for nothing so happy days
im loving how much more fun it is and the much quicker acceleration as the scooby always felt like a underpowered heavy car. however hopefully my next car will be a proper 2l turbo impreza newage or even shall i say it, an evo after i got a spin in the buyers one
