Black leggy wagon with black wheels and silver lip. Drove past me and a mate of mine as we were having a smoke outside o connors pub today. We were the two gawking intently at ye as ye drove past!!!

Looks and sounds savage :thumbsup:
 
Yeh that was me the miss reckoned it was you i was showing her your leggy then she seen you and said it had to be you she said you had the same look on your face that i do when i see another subaru.

Ha ha ha, deadly!!! What kind of exhaust have you on your wagon? Is it de catted? There was a lovely sound and not too loud either?
 
Just standard box and stainless centre pipe there was a butterfly valve in the box controlled from a motorised cable from the boot that i disconnected after the wire broke.
the valve blocked a second pipe going into the top of the box and only opened fully which either went by throttle position or exhaust gas pressure or somthing im not to sure anyway when you would put your foot down you could hear it open and it would get louder then let off and it would be nearly silent inside.
Since i took it off the car has a different sound its not a performance thing was just to keep it quite enough not to attract attention :thumbsup:
 
I see. I had the same thing done to my old wagon but didnt have the decat pipe and it certainly didnt sound like yours! :049:
