scratched glass

just wondering if any1 can recommend a product for light scratches on the windows of impreza,think they are caused either by grit or the running gear for the electric windows,its just when the car is polished up,its the only thing that stands out,has any1 experienced this before??

Ive seen this happen before alright and you can get it professionally polished out with a buffing machine but not sure what they use. Must be a type of rubbing compound or something

Done some reading over on scoobynet a while back about this,
there is small guides at the top of the door with fur on them,
over time grit does build up and my own windows are the same,
think all classics are, going to change my own when i get the
chance but not too sure if the window needs to come out to
get to them, and then get a professional to polish the scratches
out, if you roll your windows down and just look inside the top of
the door you will see the guides, looks like carpet stuck to them

Yea same problem here. Think all classics do it. Its starting to catch my ISDC stickers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing happening myself...happened on my 1.6 impreza aswell. Its annoying when the cars all cleaned up on a nice day.... it shows it up even more.

Where abouts does glass polishing???

Ive not looked into the polishing bit so far but just a quick
check there came up with this crowd, but im sure someone
like autoglass would put ye in the right direction
