you may need to rethink as good perili,good year tyres can be got for subarus for 50 euro part worn ive used them loads a times and to be fair they have been almost new all the time with the bobbles still on them i would say they would sell handy for 200e max 300e wheels alone there are so many deals on 2nd hand wheels and tyres you wll struggle to get 850 you may be better splitting and keepn the tyres and selling wheels glwts 
the wheels need a refurb so i would say 250

You arent going to get the colour of that for those wheels, Rays/Volk is not a real big thing when it comes to Subarus, they demand a high premium on RWD cars, or maybe Honda but not on Subarus, perhaps a Subaru in the States running massive width rims may be hung up on the Volk name but not here.
Im trying to think of a price that would catch my eye on them and tbh if they were up for 300 quid they still wouldnt catch my eye, Sorry if it sounds rude but being honest, as a package with tyres id say 300 willbe your best. glwts
