Turn key to the point where the accessories come on, but the engine does not turn over.
Twist the knob once to the right get it into the setting mode (you should hear a beep)
Twist it left or right to get to the desired rev limit
Stop and let it beep
Twist it to the left to shut the beep-beep-beep for the rev limit off. Twist it to the right to turn the beep-beep-beep on. (The outside temp display will also show "On" or "Off" at this point.
