Hi lad's just wondering where is the best and most reasonable place to get new silicone hoses for my classic? Looking for coolant and turbo hoses. Cheers

If you are just replacing because they are worn get the standard ones off icp be a better fit and less hassle trying to seal them cheaper too

Is there a problem sealing them? Are they not an upgrade? I'm replacing them all as they are the original hoses and the heater pipe at the back of the engine burst so I'd emagine the others could to with being changed before they split too and for peace of mind. I don't mind either way, I was gonna get black ones so it's not for the colour scheme[emoji6]. It's been off the road since Sept so want to freshen up a few things before I put it back on the road.

The cheaper KITS are known to be difficult to get proper seal and then a good set of samaco will cost a lot to do the all. Any of the ones I have changed have orignal subaru ones never a problem just my view unless you are going for an engine dress up I wouldn't bother

^^ true that

I bought G-Plus hoses for my car. They work, quality is good and all that but fitment is ever so slightly off.
Turbo inlet was a bit too long so had to be shorted about half an inch, and the Y pipe was a ***** to get on.

Perrin, Tomei, Mishimoto etc will be easier to fit.
I'm saying that, I've had no issues with the cheaper kit either.
It's not a sponsored, unbranded ebay item, but is of the cheaper variety lol

Easier but, with the likes of Mishimoto (at least in my experience), still not a perfect fit.
Some of the ancillary hoses I got from them were either a total pain to fit, didn't fit at tall because the diameter was too small or needed modifying (cutting shorter).

I guess OEM is the way to go, unless like Gary already stated, you're going for an engine dress-up...
