Snapped bolt

I have a snapped bolt from manifold to head, anybody suggest the best garage/ person to remove this and fit the new gasket (focus RS). Not every mechanics cup of tea.

is there any of it left or snapped off flush

It seems to be flush with the head

that can be tricky as it will have to be drilled and the problem is that unless the drill is right in the centre all the way in it can damage the head. if there was any sticking out it would be easier to remove

Access seems to be one of the easier ones. Far right hand side and can be seen when bonnet is opened.
