sold up ??

Hi lads,i sold my wagon lastweek to a buddy and he was telling me that he was out driving and she started to overheat,he got home and let it cool down to find it need 2L of coolent mix but he could not find a leak.

Any know what it could be

might be coming out as steam when the motor well warmed up,check for a split or pin hole in one of the rad hoses and check the rad aswell

id say thermostat could be stuck closed try a new one in it see does it help ya

At a guess Id say pin hole leak in a hose somewhere ,

Thanks lads,he also did say he parked in his drive and let her running to find no leak under the car.Is there any way to do a pressure test
