Re: Prodrive 6spd gear knob/MY05 STi centre console/MY03 STi shocks/springs

I know you said you wouldn't splitting the prodrive springs but If you change your mind about selling the springs seperately give me a shout on here. I'd be very interested but don't need the Shocks.

Thanks.

Eric.

Re: Prodrive 6spd gear knob/MY05 STi centre console/MY03 STi shocks/springs

its any chance to fit centre console for 03 model?

Re: Prodrive 6spd gear knob/MY05 STi centre console/MY03 STi shocks/springs

@eric - will do, it's a hassle to get them off so would rather sell complete, you could always try to sell the shocks on

@silweczka - yes but you also need the rest of the centre console - I only found this out once I'd bought these bits

No just need spring. Sure if you change your mind I could remove the springs in my mates garage and bring the shocks back to you. Up to you man.

Re: Prodrive 6spd gear knob/MY05 STi centre console/MY03 STi shocks/springs

@eric - could do how much you want to give me for just the springs?

@dohc_turbo - According to Prodrive website should fit both 5 and 6 speed but I can't guarantee this

Re: Prodrive 6spd gear knob/MY05 STi centre console/MY03 STi shocks/springs

Two types of prodrive gear knob i think ,one for 5 speed and one for 6 speed.

Re: Prodrive 6spd gear knob/MY05 STi centre console/MY03 STi shocks/springs

Both are the exact same knob. Distingtion in adds are for the sticker you get with them when buying new. One has a sticker with the 5 speed lay out and the other with the six speed but theres no differance in the knob itself.

Re: Prodrive 6spd gear knob/MY05 STi centre console/MY03 STi shocks/springs

I thought the bottom of it was a different size due to the 6 speed having the collar for reverse which goes up inside it??

Re: Prodrive 6spd gear knob/MY05 STi centre console/MY03 STi shocks/springs

Here's a pic of the underside, its approx 22mm across on the inside and 12mm deep.
