Briam i asked a guy today about the Fozzie, and he said that a 99 impreza model will fit 99 model Fozzie. So if your 01 fozzie is the same model as a 1999 2000 fozzie then it will fit. Im not sure of when Fozzie models change

Yes will fit straight on.
But forester is tiny bit longer so sits a few inches short of bumper. So not level with it if you know what i mean

They aren't savage loid like the nur spec, but they are fairly loud alright!!
I have 1 on my yoke the same back box (different centre section)
If you were up this way Codders your more than welcome to take my yoke for a rip to hear it yourself
