spare parts for future use

Hi Lads.

I recently bought a 2002 rev D Legacy B4, was talking to a lad from limerick today and he told me that he has
an AIR FLOW SENSOR if i was interested in buying it, he said that these regularly go on the legacy, and cost 400 euro plus
from Subaru, is it worth buying this if the price is right, and keep it for possible future use, also is there any other parts that
I should keep a look out for when I see similar cars that are being broken.

Sorry , couldn`t resist.

It`s the same as impreza , cost somewhere around € 140 new from Ciaran or Subaru dealer.

The 2002 ones uses the new age impreza maf. Yes they about e400 new.

Although they rarely fail like the earlier ones

Unless it's new... i wouldnt bother... as you've no idea if second hand how long it may last.
