As lovely as the car is, the second a done deal says "not for the faint hearted" I immediately assume it's a ball of shite

In this it would mean it's a mental yoke to go, an absolute screamer actually

Oh I don't doubt that for a second seems like an absolute weapon. It's just usually used for a lpg converted 2.8 a4 lol

Spec C imo an overated car.

I mean this as in to why someone would like

I have drove 99% of every edition subaru pre 2008.

And S204 is the most normal correct feel out of box car

I would agree Dave if it's an every day car I drove micks s204 long time ago and it was savage comfortable and very fast
For me the spec c was a car on my bucket list as is the s204(some day) as I only use the impreza 2 days a week it's perfect for me yes it's a bit loud and no frills like air conditioning or electric Windows or electric mirrors but for me it's more of an occasion it makes me smile.
I'm pushing 40 odd now you would think I'd be looking for a nice bmw or Audi with all the bells and whistles but after 18 years of having an impreza for me the spec c is a perfect car.
Maybe when I'm 50 I'll have an s204 please God
Oh and an s204 was just 2 expensive for me at the min

Sorry man please dont take me up wrong.

I didnt mean like that.

I meant if you talk to someone and say if could pick any subaru from 03-07.

The majority would say spec c. But they dont why. As assume words spec c mean ultimate.
