Steering wheel

[Scoobyturbo]

Looking for a cheap non airbag steering wheel for my legacy
Condition not important needed for nct as my airbag light dont switch off and i took the bulb out.
Prefer one that will fit without needing a boss kit as il be refitting my momo when i get it through the test.
