hi, what kind of money do the front seats out of a hatch sti make and are they easy to source. Thanks

I sold my Hatch to a friend of Blacktar on here with both sets of interiors might be worth asking

Just out of interest ,is the standard front seats in a hatch sti not recaros already ?

I'm with Gary on that, I think the Recaros are as nice a seat as is out there, the standard Hatch STI seats although they look OK they are a miserable attempt and offer no support, they were the first things to go out of my Hatch, the Recaros made some difference to the drive of the car especially if cornering at speed.

Don't know what the OP is replacing with the Hatch STI seats but I'd recommend getting a spin out of a set before throwing 300-400 quid at them, personally I'd stay in for the next six months and get the recaros. Worth the 1000 sterling or whatever they are going for now. Seats and steering wheel are the 2 things that have to be right

I had the standard hatch sti in my classic , they looked savage and are comfortable but soon as I tried to do a any fast driving you would be falling out of them so I put the classic sti seats back in

going into a legacy gt in which the seats have zero support so should be an upgrade . im being told on all forums that hatch seats bolt straight in. was going to go aftermarket but rails seem to be hard got.

Take my word for it you have zero support in the standard Hatch seats.
Any bit of hard cornering and you'll be out the drivers window or end up having the handbrake surgically removed.
Get a set of classic seats or save up for the recaros

V1 V2 seats have best support then v3456 all the same. Then newage not as good they are a wider seat then Hatch are hopeless.
Take my word for it I've had them all

I noticed myself and as others said to me the bug seats are a tighter fit than blob plus Yokohama reckons my blob seats are higher up than his while we on the subject of seats
@ seanie you will probably never go back to a set of standard seats and belts again after the seats in that white 2 door you won?t be falling out of them too quick [emoji16][emoji16]

its funny how evo', integras etc. are getting recaros as a standard and its not considered a big deal. and you go to subaru's and recaro's are only on very special models and demands 1000s as a price tag.

That?s because the Recaro seats are worth 1000?s and Subaru hardly throw them in without charging id imagine.
