yep the lads know who they are,im easy going and do anyone a favour but these lads rubbed me up the wrong way,at an event when i owned my m3.dont want to comment on the situation so leave it at that.

ok so looking for an answer to a question ...

what does symmetrical 4 wheel drive mean ,
is it that every wheel gets an exact split of the power ...or whats the story ???

Your not alone there mate :whistle: But just like any club or organisation etc. there will always be a few knobends that ya won't get on with, but thankfully most of the lads on here are sound and only too willing to help out or give advice. I defo recommend joining up, its well worth it for all you get back!

AFAIK that's exactly what it is :thumbsup:

I think its also known as AWD, as opposed to most scoobies that are 4WD, although I have seen some scoobies with AWD badge on the back :ponder:
 
im more lost now than ever i was ....

so i take it then my jap legacy isnt symmetrical seeing as the 40:60 split in the centre diff sends more power astern ...
 
there is a sticker on my wrx with AWD on it yet it seems like theres a lot more power in the rear, maybe its just i was so used to front wheel drive :dontknow:
