Hey,

I wanna put back on my Stock BPV for awhile, as much as i like the HKS its so loud sometimes its starting to annoy me abit - i'll prob it back on again soon.

but went to do it last night and i just couldnt get it to fit back into the return pipe. Is there any trick to this or do i have to just quickly take off the intercooler?

ya thats what i did, got it in 1/2 way and it just would not go in anymore.
would it be ok to put a rub of oil on the inside of the hose and on the end of the valve?
 
Rub a bit of oil on the dump valve, pipe should go up on it, have ypu got thesqueez clip shoved back far enoungh on pipe out of the way?
Cant beat a bit of lube do :icon_grin: and push it home untill it cant go any further :icon_grin:
