Stumbling only when cold

Has anyone had a similar issue to this.
On my V6 turbo 2000 when the car is stone cold it seems to hesitate slightly but nothing major it quickly goes away and when in low gears at between 1500-2000rpm if your barely on the throttle crawling in slow traffic it will buck notably give it more throttle or at higher revs no issues.
All goes away when Upto temp.
Recently changed the airflow sensor,temp gauge reads at correct level so assuming it's not that and assuming if O2 sensor wouldn't run right when Upto heat.

Yeah was a brand new one from Ali burrows and was doing it before and after I changed it

Plugs changed recently?
Coil pack and leads in good condition?

Plugs are brand new only changed last year when getting mapped with Bob rawle at Murray Motorsport.
Leads and coil don't look that old but unsure when changed but unlikely it's them as issue seems to go away when car is Upto heat which makes me thinks some sensor used while in open loop

For anyone with the same issue.
Spent the last while checking live data and all sensors used in warm up were all within spec.
I disconnected the battery and let it fully drain and since this issue is gone incase anyone has the same.
