subaru ownership

First car: Opel Kadett
Second: Rover 214
Third: Honda Civic
Fourth: '01 Subaru Legacy, had that for 3 and a half years
Fifth: '06 Subaru Impreza 1.6 for 2 years
Sixth: '07 Subaru Impreza Rx wagon since August.

Loving the wagon :subaru:
People keep slagging me off about having to have esso coming after me as i drive but i dont care! It's not that hard on juice anyway.
 
10 years first was a sti v 1 think it's still going
Then the type r
Thinking about a blob spec c next.
 
must be driving impreza's for at least 6years. My 1st was a 2.0 sportwagon. Traded that in for my wrx after 6months. Sold that 6months ago and bought my bugeye
 
1998 - 2004 sti type ra 2004-2006 r33 gtr skyline 2006- late 2006 black sti type r 2006-present white sti type r plus the family car a 05 forester xt from 2007-present. love scoobys :icon_grin: :subaru:

Got my first scooby in 2002, then began importing jap stuff with a friend between us we've had about 20 almost all sti's

Thinking of buying a diesel Imprea or forrester next year as a daily. Can't see myself ever selling mine and I want to add to collection over time

Current car is 96 type r v ltd I saw in Daves place and had to have I could have gone new age or 2dr but my favourite of all the subarus we had was always a v2 type ra that plus mc rae was always a hero of mine.

I need a UK fifth gear though box is so low ratio. When I get a few quid I'm going to buy a silver wrx as a track yoke and do an R555 FEL fisher replica
 
i had a jap 95 wrx for a year and a halif then sold that cos i lost my job and drove my dc2r for 3 months then that got robbed so in a gf8 wrx for last 7 months

The 1st 4 were all my boyracer days. Bodykits, neon lights, playstations the usual daft mods but loved those cars. Favourite was the purple wide arch nova. Will def be buying one soon just to rebuild for myself.

before that 02 bugeye for 2 years
evo 4 for 3 years
escort gti 2 years

opel corsa mcm extreme for a few years

yes john, that would be my misses going to and from work, ive seen you a few times but im always in the van so dont wave or do anything incase you think im a nutcase

Have my impreza since january 2008
always wanted one after driving george tracy's old 2000 prodrive rally car
but never got around to it
pissed my money away on heavy german cars with bigger engines etc. and half the poke :angry1:
stibrian came in to the garage I work in with his and from talking to him and from seeing his beautiful sti
and logging on to this this site I joined up and within a few weeks got one
Now that I have owned one I always will
Going to keep my classic and next in line is a blob eye sti that I have lined up for next year

also have had a lot more cars but the above are the ones i owned for more than 6 months worth mentioning
the subaru is the longest owned car i have ever had
not only due to the down turn but because it has always given me what i ask of it
decent poke to get around reliability and ive always loved the flat four sound
before i owned one i would always drop my window and kill the radio if one ever past me
just love the sound :shocked:
my biggest regret with cars is that i could have been driving subarus a long time ago
instead of wasting a lot of money on cars that where all image and fook all substance
but sure you live and learn :subaru:

In 2002 I bought my first Subaru Impreza 1.6 RX
Traded for the face lift model Blob RX in 2003.
Wrote off the RX in December of 2003 and bought a MY00 1.6 GL
Sold that and bought a 98 turbo wrx later in 2005.
Sold that when I went over seas with work in 2006 and will on leave I bought myself a 2003 STi impreza.
Sold that in 2007 to buy a MY00 version 6 STi typeRA.
Sold as my son was born later in that year and I bought a MY02 STi prodrive Bug. A black one. One of only 200 ever made.
Sold that and went away fro Subaru for a few months but wanted one again and bought a MY06 2.0 RX.
Missed the turbo and bought my current car. An MY02 prodrive Impreza JDM

Love it.

Nine so far since 2002.

95 legacy rs for 1yr today :happybday:!!! first subaru.............

Before that 1990 e30 318is for 3 1/2 yrs

Before that a 1987 capri laser with a 2.1 pinto for 2 years,

Before that a 1989 e30 316i for 2 years,

Before that a honda cb400sf for 2 1/2 yrs...............that relationship ended very badly into the drivers door of some stupid fool in a seat inca!!

Current dream car.................e28 m5, old skool!
