flames's brother was up on the dublin/wicklow mountains when the same thing happened to him he hit a deer when comming around a corner the thing was still alive so he didnt know what to do with it should he move it to the side of the road or put it out of its misery so in the end he thought it would be kinder to put it out of its misery and shoot it according to him it took 5 shots before the deer gave up and died another problem however presented itself as the deer was in his way there was nowhere safe to move it too so in full sight of tourists and other people it took him 2 hours to load the thing into his boot and drive it 4 miles to the nearest place he could safely dump it out of the way and it took another 2 hours to haul the deer out of his boot and drag it over to the woods.
