Im always cautious of Civil rights laws and that when thinking of putting up cameras especially cause i dont have my own driveway and its an appartment building......
If the quality was good enough i wouldnt really mind tho... I would just get the neighbours to sign something to say they know its there and its watching all our cars.
Cheers for clearing that up..... I know a fella in the North that had a camera up to catch the little shits tryin to steal his car and he was sued for civil rights breaches and all sorts......
Ya can understand my concern
AFAIK you may only need to put up a sign stating that cctv is in use
(sure I don't think there is a street you can walk down in london city without being caught on cctv)
Thats why they ask you to stand still for the camera when you're flying into London now, they can actually track every footstep you take in London with their cctv & know who you are all the way along.
