The Fabled Clean Classic Type R

Looks like 1 I was supposed to go to see when looking, and was warned off it by someone at the time. Never actually saw it though so couldn't say 1 way or the other.

Tut... that's nothing. :snooty: Mine is lower mileage and cleaner than that!! And silver too!

Maybe shouldn't have cut it to bits though :ponder2: :booboo:

Smokey had one in that colour, McCormack Cat dealer bought in 3 brand new from Japan, had a sunroof too. Was a smashing car in its day

I said a couple of years ago that these were slowly rising in value, and now they seem to be steadily rising. you could pick up similar sorted cars for 7 now they are 9....fresh untouched imports were 5-5500 now they are 7-7500...a lot of old performances cars in the UK are dropping off like stones but rare JDM cars are a solid investment.

He did Brian, they had to have a few little changes made before they could be sold as "new" cars here. God it seems a lifetime ago now!
