I'm looking for a set of spare wheels for the legacy for winter use to put winter tyres on. Spotted these online

Wouldnt know if they are originals as claimed so just wondering if anyone recognises the wheels and whether they would fit the legacy?
They also look to have 2 different types of tyres mounted. Would that be ok for winter tyres as long as same 2 tyres are on the same axle?
Seller has a white WRX for sale aswell so maybe on here?
