think I'll sell the wagon!!!

Hard sold second hand though
so are cheap enough bought id say
Great value to be got with the 2.5 if you can get over the tax

I have the original bill of sale for my 2006 wrx

And it was 45k new

I'd say the wagons were a little bit more

Forget about them fagot fords dec and buy that black wagon

Tint them windows, spray them wheels gunmetal grey and stick some wrx wings on it and it would be savage

probley johnny when i bought the legacy wagon it was 36500 and the wrx wagon was 43500 so didnt ask any more into it

Be hard to leave the wagons alright I love them. If the price was 43500 for the wagon you could defo add a couple of grand for sl spec

Cool the fagot jets johnny! My boyfriend loves the RS.

The 2.5 aint the most reliable.

Would want to buy one with a head gasket or big end issue.

Hawkeye and 2.1

I haven't had an issue with mine

I've done two track days in it and have it 3 years, maybe I've been lucky.

What issues have you come across dave, any major ones?

iv heard of issues with head gasket failure and ring lands johnny but think any here have failed :dontknow:

majority of problems on 2.5 cars are on tuned cars , mine ran like clockwork until i fooked around mapping it , the headstuds seem to not be up to the task of holding the heads down when boost is increased giving the appearance of hg failure , mine would appear to have been starting to overheat after a spirited drive , under normal driving there was never an issue , and everything was normal ,

but i decided to send her up to ali to replace the known week points , head studs, gaskets etc and while the engine was out i said change the pistons to be sure to avoid ringland failure , even though the standard pistons were looking fine at that time , the piston issue was more well known on the hatch than hawk according to all i have read on the issue , the wrx motor been under less pressure than the sti motor didnt suffer as badly but there has been reports on other sites of some wrxs failing , including a few gb270s ,

Untrue that majority are on tuned cars.

Head Gasket and Ringland issues where most common.

Even a lot of the N/A 2.5 had Head Gasket Issues.
