love parade is crazy..i was there in 98..1 million people on the streets you cant move anywhere..streets as wide as on'connell street and your quieing like your going into a football match..can get a bit much..calms down a bit a night and spreads out..but germans dont give a monkies you just set up a sound system where ever you want and blast out music..every resident of berlin city centre just basicallly leaves town and leaves them too it..you dont see any police hardly any trouble..if you did that over here lads would be looting and fighting whatever
