You would think the driver of the camera car would have pulled across in front or tried to warned the truck driver??

surely have to try somethin all right ,i tried to alert a lady jeep driver that the back wheel on her jeep was about ready to fall off , she stuck up the finger and took of up the road , so some dopes cant be helped
