There's no respect or fear in some people! I suppose it doesn't matter were you are from.
It just happens that in some areas there are more people that have less respect for themselves and others an other areas!
I do think respect is something that's bred into you, and I'm afraid the people we are talking about have respect missing from there up bringing!
So fear is the only option we have for dealing with these people! We can't beat the stones out of them or sergicaly remove appropriate parts of there anatomy to reflect the crime!
There's some laws against that or something :dunno:
Obviously they are not afraid of prison (holiday camp for 3 months with fellow scumbags that they can swap experiances with and further educate each other to become even bigger scum bags than when they went into prison in the first place)
And the younger lads know that they can't be touched because they are under 18
Me solution would be, Instead of sentencing someone to 6 months in prison (he'll only serve 3 months) and each day costing us the tax payer a sh*t load of money! So sentence the scumbag to One month, but in a one man cell with just a bed, table, toilet, sink and book shelf with books that he spends 23 hours a day in and one hour a day for exersice when he is given access to a threadmill for an hour then back to the cell! and only a balanced diet with no options, One month of that will not be someyhing he'll brag about to his mates, This would also work for young offenders too, because there perants obviously can't take care of them so he temporerally becomes the care of the state!
Longer term sentences could include chain gangs, ie.20 scumbags chained together at the hip and conected to a garda van that would drive the length of ever public road at walking pace to they can pick up every bit a litter and paint over every bit a graffiti and unfortunately we can't threaten them with shotgun toating minders to keep them behaving but if anyone doesn't pull there wait or misbehaves then the whole gang just get dietry suppliments instead of dinner that night!
I can't think of any legal reason this wouldn't work and it would be alot cheaper to operate! Did you know that there is more of our money spnt on prison food than hospital food!
