I looked out of my window and I couldn't believe what happened over night.
We have about 25 cm snow on the roads and the whole traffic collapses.
I just though: "Yeah baby... Four-Wheel-Drive!" All people are so friendly this morning.
Everyone I overtook was beeping me friendly. So nice :hjtwofinger:

And this is my car after I drove to work:

And yes, this is a storage car park and even in there is about 2" of snow.

Now I am in the office and guess what: Only 2 others showed up. Everyone else is snowed in and can not come to the office.

By the time i went out there was only a little snow left on the cars roads were clear :icon_cry:

ah man i miss the snow :icon_cry: must make a trip to Austria during wintertime. nothing more fun than driving in snow :thumbsup: :multijump:
 
This morning someone told me that it is boring with a 4-Wheel drive in the snow.... What a plonker...
Obviously he has no clue what he istalking about ...

I had the greatest drive into work since ages... So much fun and the stupid faces of all the beamer and merc drivers not understanding how to handle their car under icy conditions... HAHAHA...

i'd say ya had good craic there :lol:
German's are like that when they drive up the mountain roads in Austria with their big beamers and mercs. the drive at bout 10km/h up the mountain just cause they not used to loads of bends or snow on the road :lol: the panic look on their faces if a bus comes towards them :lol: :lol: those faces are just priceless :roll: usually makes your day :icon_grin:

Probably the Germans living in the flat areas of Germany and not used to snow. I am from the Midlands (Ok not so high as the Alps but enough snow to practice) and the guys from this area are just maniacs. ;)

I had real craig this morning and was thinking to take a little detour just for the fun. But I was already running late because of the idiots on the road. Usually it takes me 5 minutes to go into work, but this morning it took me almost 7 minutes... (Just kidding) :lolpoint:

However the snow is still there and I am finished now.... Happy days... :icon_headbang: Half of England staid at home today, so I expect a lot of fun on the roads later tonight.

Especially in the industrial esatate I am working in... There is almost nobody here. Even the security guys didn't made it in.... :icon_nana:

yeah ususally those germans come from the north of germany - flat as ya said. but funny enough they drive to austria every winter - wouldn ya not get used to it at some stage?? :lol:

went to the airport this morning at 530pm, bad snow in the estate, grand once i got out of there. Boarded the plane at 645, bit of a delay we were told due to weather. 2 hours later , still on the ground sitting on the plane the captain says they are waiting on the de-icer truck to come to us. 4 hours later still on the ground in the plane we are told the flight has NOW been cancelled since Milan airport has closed down and is not excepting any more flights in. Deadly!!
 
So went to the gym this morning and there was a bmw in the carpark that was having a go at a bit if snow donuts.. i could only laugh,, hope you like it,,

Some people just dont have a clue.A fella i work with was tipping along to work lately with very bad roads when an astra passed him like the clappers. Rounded the next bend and there she was on her roof spining around and all it would of took is to leave ten mins before she did :icon_redface:
