Toll fees

Just taught i might share this with those who use the m50 barrier free tolling,
I used the bridge just before christmas and i when i 4got to pay i recieved a letter
where 1 journey equalling 3euro had now increased to six for late payment,
i had 14days to pay but i 4got to do that but on the 16th day i eventually paid,
i reciveved a letter 2 days letter to say my outstanding bill had increased to 46euro,
So i den lodged an appeal which was unsucsessfull, long story short if u ring them up
and set up a video account with them which costs nothing to set up or maintian
so no subsciption, also your tolls will now b 2.50 rather than 3euro, they
will wave ur outstanding bill, Cheers

Whats a video account?

The video account is instead of having a tag,
basicly the normal joe soap with no account or tag wiil
have there car pictured crossing the bridge its then up
to them to pay if not they have the picture to pursue any
late payments using a databank of licence numbers,
if you set up a video account you can give either details of credit card,
laser card or do it by direct debit and its just charged each time you
use the bridge

if you go through it at over 80 MPH it doesnt seem to pick you up
and you dont get charged.

anything to save a few quid,



i wouldnt do this tho because i condone safe driving

There is a yearly service charge an a tag (for nothing) robbing C*Nts

get in tight behind a truck,and its free... ...theres only front faceing camaras, its against the law,i never tried it...

They sure do.....i got the toll fee and they sent a pic of my car around 12 at night.

I got a letter in the door today saying i went through it twice. Thing is i sold the car 18 months ago to my sisters boyfriend and i know the log book has changed names. I rang them and they said i have to prove i don't own the car anymore. How do you prove you sold a car 18 months ago?

Get the new owner to call them up and explain the situation. Same thing happened to me when I sold the Type R in December. Ronan G drove the car home through the Toll Bridge but I got sent the bill. I called them up telling them I was no longer the owner and they said I would have to prove that. Ronan called them to explain and I havent heard anything since so it must be sorted.
