I found at 4pm today that I had really f**ked up in work...major
maybe no bonus at x-mas as a result...maybe loose a big client
just found out (10.15pm) after being pissed off for 6hrs that it was nothing to do with me at all.
the mess was created by a whole bunch of other incompetants
nobody here in my sitting room is too bothered, hence the post here

it is.
it actually makes me look good.
such a relief, i was so pissed off i didnt even go look at that fiat coupe i was thinking of buying

They say whats for you won't pass you and that Fiat obviously wasn't for you. :subaru:

still going to look at it tomorrow...2K cheep car leather & nct until march 2011.
failing that i'll look at that golf gti

Think if I was shopping in that price range I'd be tempted by a fiat coupe too, in fact I was tempted after I sold my first scooby but couldn't find a clean version at the time. Give Jomo a call, he has a fiat coupe 20v turbo, I'm sure he'll give you the lowdown on owning one.

@swordsman
you should listen here pal,
most lads here are saying to steer clear of a fiat.....
this wont be a cheap runaround...nct or not!!!!
i had a mate in tractamotors and he told me that they eat money with problems!!
your choice i guess!!!!

A friend of mine had a very clean 20v turbo and had it chipped. It was some flyer once up and running, even faster than my first Impreza Turbo which was a quick car but ultimately it died in a triangular pile of rust and repair bills

you know what they say bout Fiat....Fix It Again Tomorrow    Dad used to have a fiat 127 and a fiat regatta, god awful machines :new_2gunsfiring_v1:

I had a fiat Bravo TD100 running time and a half the normal boost and deisel pump turned up way to much and she was grand for my 2 years of ownership!
I would have bought one again if I could be happy with 130bhp deisel, I only got the golf because she's near 200bhp!
I like the Coupe, First 200bhp FWD car I think!
Dan

The very first 16v turbo didn't quite make the 200 bhp mark but at 195 ut was damn close and that was way back in 1994. The very last of the breed the 2.0 20V Turbo actually had 217 bhp and 229 ib/ft and could get form rest to 60 mph in 6.0. It had a viscous LSD to channel all the power to the front wheels. Its official Top speed was 156 mph which, even by todays standards, is extremely impressive.
